With it, your virtual server will be added to our own custom–built server managing software system, which will keep track of all the important services. And in case of a service problem, our sysadmins will be warned instantaneously and they will solve the issue as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your hosted content is highly recommended – one never knows when something can go wrong. And using our Optional Managed Services offer, you will take advantage of regular backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you having to set up and configure anything. What’s more all the backups are retained on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard disks. Thus your data will always be secure, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server gives you a nearly infinite number of options, you will often have to install additional software packages. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an integral part of our Optional Managed Services package, which allows you to call for any of our competent system administrators to install any software package and to solve any trouble you may have with the Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. It is an extra for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
